Clinton Thomas, Th.D. has been working in the ICF/IID field since 1988. He started working in the field as an undergraduate while attending Arkansas Tech University. He has worked in programs in Arkansas and Texas. Prior to My QIDP (My QMRP), Clinton worked for Friendship Services of Russellville in Arkansas, Rainbow of Challenges in Hope Arkansas, and Evergreen Life Services (also known as Evergreen Presbyterian Ministries) in Texarkana, Texas. He has spent 30 years in the ICF and related program field.

In 2004, Clinton began working as a consultant with programs in Texas. Starting with one contract and operating My QMRP, he reached out to other small programs and facilities with a need for QMRP (now known as QIDP) services. What started as a small part-time program, gradually grew. In May of 2013, Clinton decided that it was time to operate My QIDP full-time and grow the work of the company. June 30, 2013, was Clinton's last day with Evergreen Life Services. While leaving an outstanding program and group of people like Evergreen was difficult, he moved ahead with the work to be completed at My QIDP.

Today, My QIDP provides services to small and large ICF/IID programs across Texas. Some programs only require a short time of assistance, while others have grown a positive relationship with My QIDP which has benefited both the ICF/IID company, My QIDP, and most importantly the people with disabilities we serve.
